Jira WorkFlow Automation

This project is an intelligent automation platform designed to transform high-level project ideas into fully structured and actionable Jira workflows. By leveraging Generative AI and workflow orchestration, it eliminates the need for time-consuming planning sessions and manual project setup. Users begin by describing their project in natural language through a simple frontend interface. The system then uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to analyze the input and decompose it into a hierarchical structure of modules, epics, and tickets. Each task is enriched with technical requirements, priority levels, and estimated effort in hours. To ensure efficient execution, the platform integrates a skill-based assignment system that matches tasks to team members based on their expertise, such as frontend, backend, or DevOps roles. Before deployment, users can review the generated plan on a visual board, allowing validation and adjustments. Once approved, the system uses n8n for workflow orchestration and Jira REST APIs to automatically create the project, populate the backlog, assign tasks, and link all components appropriately. The result is a highly standardized, data-driven project structure that can be generated in seconds—reducing planning overhead, improving estimation accuracy, and accelerating project kickoff.
